Service Description

1. Laundry & linens: - ALL linens and towels changed. - All beds made. - All towels and bedding washed (client must provide laundry supplies) 2. Cleaning: - Trash and recycling take out. - Dusting and cleaning of furniture, fixtures, fans, light switch plates, countertops and appliances. - Floors vacuumed and mopped, including under beds. 3. Bathrooms: - Bath/shower stalls, toilets, counters, cabinets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures cleaned. - Toilet paper and towels replenished. 4. Kitchen: - Dishes washed and put away in cabinets. - All surfaces and appliances cleaned. - Refrigerator emptied and cleaned. - Supplies restocked (paper towels, coffee, sugar, soap, etc.) when available. 5. Interior doors and windows: - Interior windows and glass doors cleaned. 6. Drawers & Closets: - All drawers, closets, and cabinets checked for any items left behind by guests. 7. Outdoor: - Entrances, decks/patios swept and tidied. - Upon request for an extra fee: Lawn care & maintenance.
